Join Carp Yoga Instructor Meredith Medland for Monthly Outdoor Yoga Session Under the Stars
Every month, instructor Meredith Medland hosts Full Moon Yoga on the Beach, a yoga session under the stars at Carpinteria State Beach that incorporates yoga traditions from all around the world. The next session will be held this Saturday, November 26, from 5-6 p.m. and meets at the Linden Avenue lifeguard tower in Carpinteria. Preregistration is required; the cost is $15-$20.
