Capps, Maldonado Comment on Affordable Care Act

While Rep. Lois Capps spent last week pointing out how the Affordable Care Act has benefited many people in her district, including families, seniors, and small businesses, the main roadblock to her reelection, former Lt. Gov. Abel Maldonado, held a press conference in San Luis Obispo to discuss the negative impacts of Obamacare, which is being argued in front of the U.S. Supreme Court this week. The health insurance reform was passed two years ago.
