The owners of a mixed-use development at 1255 Coast Village Road say they have secured a $7.3 million loan to begin construction on the 14,254 square-foot property. The property, which includes an outdoor courtyard and underground and street level parking, will have two residential condominiums and over 10,323 square feet of office and retail space. The development will be built in place of the former Turk Hessellund Nursery.
