Hayden Act Says Foster Animals

Open Letter to Janet Wolf:

I realize that your are the supervisor of a really large group of individuals, but your employee Jan Glick euthanized a dog today, even after a request from a rescuer group, the Second Chance Cocker Rescue (a group from which I have adopted my dog and to which I have contributed faithfully for over three years) requested that Einstein be rescued and treated with funds already allocated for him.

Einstein could have easily been adopted, and I would have been more than happy to foster him until he was. I understand that budgets are tight and that mistakes were made, but if you could be so kind as to look into this matter, I would be greatly appreciative.
