Supervisor Doreen Farr paid a $2,500 fine for failing to report $149,318 in expenditures during her 2012 reelection campaign; the matter will be officially resolved at a California Fair Political Practices Commission meeting later this month. “The omission was inadvertent,” Farr said. “This was a booking error made by my treasurer, who feels terrible about it. As soon as we learned of the omission, we corrected it and filed updated financial reports.”
