Mosher Foundation Gives S.B. High $100,000

Santa Barbara High School’s Computer Science Academy received a $100,000 grant from the Mosher Foundation this week. The academy, which started a year ago, offers classes to all Dons and is geared toward those looking for careers in computer science. School officials have proposed using some of the grant money to create a math class combining Pre-Calculus with Python, a type of programming language.
