You gathered, by now, that I’m off work for a few weeks. Sabbatical? Sojourn? No, in fact, the reason I’m not currently answering emails is because I had back surgery. A long-anticipated and necessary procedure; I’m looking forward to being able to hike pain-free in no time at all. In the meantime, I’m focusing on recuperating. Hence, I’ve been researching recliners. My long-held abhorrence of their bulk and, well, frumpy silhouette has outweighed their comfort and nap-worthiness. The verdict? I’m still undecided. But this roundup of handsome rockers has me tempted. I’ll let you know if I pull the trigger. Or, rather, the lever.
NOTE: I’m out of the office for the next few weeks, but we want to keep your inbox warm while I’m away. Below, find a couple of current homes for sale to tickle your taste buds. Read this week’s real estate section or peruse today’s open house listings for more, and I’ll be back before you know it! —Sarah
