Missing Diver Found Dead By Coast Guard

Missing Glen Ellen resident Stewart Hindley, 64, was found dead on 7/12 by Coast Guard crews. Hindley disappeared on 7/10 while diving off the coast of Santa Cruz Island. Reports indicate that his body was found 50 feet from his last reported location, and about 80 feet underwater. The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating the cause of death.
