Veronica Meadows EIR Deemed Insufficient By Some

Opponents of the Veronica Meadows housing development on Las Positas Road took heart from Superior Court Judge Thomas Anderle’s ruling that the City Council must rescind its certification of the project’s Environmental Impact Report. Councilmembers must now decide whether to hold another public hearing, as project foes insist they must; or post an addendum explaining why an alternative project design was not to their liking, as the developer recommends.
