Recycled Cellular Phones for Soldiers

The rapid advancements in cellular technology have created a surplus of obsolete cell phones, but Santa Barbara’s Handle With Care packaging store has created a partnership with Cell Phones for Soldiers, a nonprofit organization selling phones to ReCellular, a company that recycles and resells phones and accessories. Donated cell phones will be used to create revenue to buy prepaid phone cards for soldiers stationed overseas.
