S.B. Dance Alliance To Host Annual Dancers Ball Fundraiser; Saks Fifth Avenue To Raise Funds for Breast Cancer Resource Ctr.
• This Saturday, October 10, the S.B. Dance Alliance will host its annual Dancers Ball, a benefit gala that will raise funds for the organization’s many unique dance programs, education, and scholarships. Attendees will enjoy live entertainment, locally produced food and wine, and dancing throughout the night. The ball starts at 8 p.m. at the S.B. Maritime Museum (113 Harbor Wy.). • * In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Saks Fifth Avenue is sponsoring a Key to the Cure fundraiser, with an opening night celebration at the store (1001 State St.) on Thursday, October 15, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The night will feature live music, local food and wine, a fashion show, and more.
