Disappointed with Supermall Living

I was one of the early supporters of Caruso, who seemed like a businessman with integrity. Then I almost bought a condo at the Americana supermall/condos/apartments in Glendale. I pulled out when I realized they’d say anything to sell them, and decided to just rent an apt. there, which seemed like a win-win. I could not have been more disappointed with the quality of everything, and the incredible unprofessionalism of most of the staff, even when I went almost to the top.

At this point, I’d trust nothing that comes from Mr. Caruso or his company. It’s a facade, like his great-looking properties.
