This section of State Route 144 near Ranchito Vista Road has been closed for several years to allow for repairs to be made to the surrounding hillside by the Sycamore Canyon Landslide Repair Company.

The roadway is completely open to motorists as well as emergency vehicles.

Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through Caltrans construction zones.
