Annual Ellwood Siren Test

The test is an annual full siren test of the Emergency Warning and Notification Systemand is in coordination with Venoco. The test is expected to last no longer than oneminute and will verify that the siren is functioning properly and is audible to citizenswithin a designated distance from the facility.
