Hospice of Santa Barbara Light Up A Life Stars Now Available

Light Up A Life stars may be purchased and personalized in memory of loved ones who have passed or in honor of those who are living. Stars may be hung at the Light Up A Life ceremonies or anytime afterwards while the trees are up. A $15 or more donation is suggested for each star and all proceeds benefit Hospice of Santa Barbara.

Lobero Theatre box office (Box office hours are Mon.–Fri. 10 a.m.– 5 p.m.; Sat. Noon – 5 p.m.)

Curious Cup Bookstore (929 Linden Avenue, Carpinteria)

Peebee & Jay’s (1007 Casitas Pass Road, Carpinteria)

Montecito Bank & Trust (1023 Casitas Pass Road, Carpinteria)

Light Up A Life stars will continue to be sold at all these sites through December.

Hospice of Santa Barbara “volunteers” its free professional counseling and care management services to more than 500 children and adults every month who are experiencing the impact of a life-threatening illness, or grieving the death of a loved one.

Light Up a Life dates and locations:

Sat., December 1st, 5:30 p.m. – Camino Real Marketplace, Storke & Marketplace Drive, Goleta

Sun., December 2nd, 5:30 p.m. – Lobero Theater front lawn, Canon Perdido, Santa Barbara

Sat., December 8th, 5:30 p.m. – Seal Fountain at Linden Plaza, Carpinteria
