Annual Buellton Wine & Chili Festival Is Excited To Announce Their Wine Maker Dinner
The Buellton Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the addition of a Wine Maker Dinner to their event this year!
The Buellton Wine & Chili Festival invites you to join them for an exclusive wine makers dinner at Avant Tapas & Wine. This dinner will feature some of the Santa Ynez Valley’s best wine and an incredible culinary experience offered to only 30 guests the night before the big Wine & Chili Festival on Saturday, March 22nd at 6:30 pm.
The dinner will showcase the culinary genius of Avant Tapas & Wine’s talented team. Dinner will include:
Appetizer – Fire Roasted Chili Relleno Salad – Southwest Black Bean Salad
Entrée – Roasted Pasilla & Buffalo Osso Buco
Dessert a Habenero & Cinnamon infused Poached Pears with White Chocolate Semifreddo
Your dinner comes with your choice of either a wine pairing to include 3 wines or a beer pairing to include 3 beers. Dinner will begin at 6 pm with live music starting at 6:30 pm. An exclusive winery tour and barrel tasting will be included for first 12 people to purchase a ticket.
