Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital Offers Free Weekly Nutrition Classes in Solvang
Solvang, Santa Ynez Valley, California— The public is invited to attend free Nutrition Classes on Wednesdays from 12:00-1:00 p.m. in the front conference room at Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital, 2050 Viborg Road in Solvang (enter thru the Physicians Clinic entrance.)Led by the hospital’s Clinical Dietitian Stacey Bailey, MS, RD, CDE. she remarked, “Let’s learn healthy eating tips together! You’re certainly welcome to bring your own lunch to eat during class, we’re very informal. There’s no RSVP required. I hope you will attend whenever you can for your good health!”
Bailey joined Cottage Health System as clinical dietitian in August 2011. She provides both inpatient and outpatient dietary management and counseling services as well as assists in formulation of meal and menu planning specifically for Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital.
