When Legends at the Lake comes to Lake Casitas on Sunday,
September 3, the lake’s tranquil shoreline will get a musical
awakening it won’t soon forget. With both Starship and The Tubes
being joined by the likes of Bobby Kimball from Toto and Mr.
Mister’s Richard Page, the event promises to be a cavalcade of
retrospective rocking. Add to this a collection of accompanying
musicians whose combined pedigree hail from Carlos Santana, Bruce
Springsteen, Tom Petty, and Eric Clapton, and you get an idea of
the musical depth that will be on display. And that’s even without
mentioning our own latter-day legends Spencer the Gardener and The
Coral Sea. Here are the top five songs to look out for:
