New Water Distribution Meets Opposition

Twenty years of water conservation have restored the Goleta Water District’s underground water table back to normal levels, but debate over how much to pump from it has resumed. Staff disputed the objectors’ interpretation and said that demand for water had been so low as to make the point moot.
