Two Santa Barbara County car wash owners were fined $10,000 each for failing to register with the California Labor Commissioner’s office. Fastpass Car Wash, Inc. and Kan Holdings, LLC were caught up in a two-day enforcement sweep in which officials issued citations to 60 Southern California car wash owners, all of them unregistered.
