Peeping Tom Arrested

A 32-year-old Goleta man suspected of prowling, peeping, and stealing women’s underwear was arrested by Santa Barbara police during a stakeout by undercover officers in the 200 block of W. Islay St. One of the garments found in the suspect’s possession was identified by a victim of the burglaries, which have plagued the neighborhood for the past two months. The suspect’s bail was set at $50,000.
