Las Positas Creek Development Denied by Court

Judge Thomas Anderle made final a tentative ruling to send developer Mark Lee-and his plans to build 25 homes along Los Positas Creek-back to the drawing board on 12/4. Anderle ruled in favor of the Citizens Planning Association and Urban Creeks Council, who argued that the City Council exceeded its authority when approving Lee’s project earlier this year. Lee can appeal Anderle’s decision or redesign the project, among other options.
