Carlos Alberto Ruiz, a 19-year-old Goleta resident was arrested for allegedly driving drunk after flipping his car on Camino Manadero east of Patterson Avenue on 1/12. Three passengers were in the 1997 Acura sedan. All three passengers were injured, though not seriously, and one was taken to Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital.
