The daughter of the late Marie Corbin, who died at Mission Terrace Convalescent Home, has filed suit alleging that her 82-year-old mother died of neglect or abuse followed by a cover-up. Post-mortem photos show cuts that daughter Karen Corbin insists were not there the evening before her mother was found dead, yet there was no blood in her room indicating a fall. A police investigator found no evidence of wrongdoing.
