CHP Reporting Fire at Paradise at San Marcos Pass
Preliminary Info Says Helicopter Is Dropping Water
News is still sketchy at this point, but the Ventura CHP website is currently reporting a fire near the intersection Paradise and San Marcos Pass roads. The Initial report went up at 1:17 p.m. Allegedly smoke can be viewed from Stagecoach. At 1:47 p.m., the fire was noted as being in the Red Rock area, but that has yet to be confirmed. A CHP unit is on the scene.
