Neil Baker out on Bail

UCSB officials have warned the school community that Neil Baker, alleged to have made criminal threats against university personnel, is out of jail on bail. They’re asking people to contact authorities should Baker be seen on campus. Baker currently lives in Washington and is not expected around the campus, but UCSB police asked the community to “remain vigilant.”
