Social worker Ken Williams reported that yet another homeless person—the 31st this year—has died in Santa Barbara. According to Williams, a man named Robert was found downtown with a core body temperature in the low 70s. While he was treated at the hospital for a time, he eventually succumbed to hypothermia. Homeless warming shelters are set to start opening on 12/1 if cold or rainy weather so dictates.
