Former Pacific Coast Collective owner Jeffrey Restivo was back in court last week on a procedural matter stemming from the medical marijuana–related charges he currently faces. In February 2010, authorities raided Restivo’s home along with his Milpas Street dispensary and several other medical marijuana operations on the South Coast. Charged with possession of marijuana for sale and cultivation, Restivo is scheduled to return to Judge George Eskin’s courtroom on 3/9 while prosecutors and his attorney, Allison Margolin, continue to work on a potential plea deal.
