With ticket prices starting at $250 apiece, this is no small feat. Produced by acclaimed event planner Merryl Brown Events, the evening promises to be filled with glamour, opulence, magnificent music alluring guests and surprises; all in support of Santa Barbara’s Pacific Pride Foundation. Butlers will serve cocktails on silver trays, while others pass delectable canapés from a menu created by honorary co-chair, world renowned chef Cat Cora. The Royal Court will serve and entertain you, along with the amazing Frenchie David, Cirque du Soleil performance artists, and club DJ Derek Monteiro who will keep the crowd dancing ’til midnight. This will be an uplifting and transformative event for this important organization.

“It is so gratifying that this celebration to support our important work is getting so much positive attention,” said David Selberg, Executive Director, Pacific Pride Foundation. “I am so excited that this may be the start of a hugely anticipated signature event every year in Santa Barbara.”

The Ball will bring together a community of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and straight supporters to share a memorable evening of campy fun in support of the PPF. For 35 years, PPF has been the only organization on the central coast providing the community with HIV and AIDS services and education, LGBT counseling and recovery services, services for questioning youth, sensitivity training for law enforcement, a food pantry and so much more. In light of the recent, brutal anti-gay hate crime in Santa Barbara, and the alarming rate of teen suicides among gay youth, PPF’s work is more important than ever. This is an opportunity to raise much-needed funds to help PPF continue their vital services in Santa Barbara County for the next 35 years.
