Occupy S.B.’s Injunction Request Lives On

Occupy Santa Barbara’s quest for an injunction against the City of Santa Barbara lives, but with waning patience from Judge Colleen Sterne. After extending the deadline for attorney Joe Allen to amend his complaint against the city, which arrested and fined Occupy protestors — who gathered for several weeks in De la Guerra Plaza — for camping on park property and violating park curfew, Sterne has asked for another amendment.
