Said C’est co-owner Michael Graham, “I think you’re going to be really happy with what we’ve got planned.” … Cindy Black of Blue Owl (theblueowlsantabarbara.com), where Southeast Asian–infused street grub is served out of Zen Yai into the wee hours, will see some daylight by opening a breakfast/brunch spot at 5 West Canon Perdido Street, the old Bitterman’s location. … Loose-leaf lovers should know that ChanTeas.com is based in Santa Barbara, promoting traditional Chinese gongfu preparation and selling their high-quality teas both online and in some shops. … Fans of obscure cuts should sign up for Spare Parts Bistro’s next “Guerilla Dining” experience by tuning into sparepartsbistro.blogspot.com. … The O Street Truck (ostreettruck.com), New Black BBQ (thenewblackbbq.com), and L.A.’s Filipino food-flinging White Rabbit (whiterabbittruck.com) will be battling each other at the county fair in Santa Maria this July, and more trucks are invited to enter.
