Restaurants are doing the hours shuffle. Two are now open for lunch — Arlington Tavern (arlingtontavern.com), Monday-Friday, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., and Julienne (restaurantjulienne.com), Tuesday-Friday, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. — while Pace food + drink (pacefoodanddrink.com) isn’t doing lunch anymore but is serving until 11:30 p.m. on weekends. … We’re up to 17 tasting rooms downtown, and the recently incorporated Urban Wine Trail (urbanwinetrailsb.com) is celebrating with a Passport Weekend, July 27-29. … Chef Jason Tuley, who’s bopped about L.A. after leaving Square One, is due back in town this August with fancy pizza at Anchor Woodfire Kitchen & Bar in Hotel Indigo (indigosantabarbara.com). … Memphis Meets Margerum (as in Doug’s wine and the Wine Cask) happens August 9-11, so if you like BBQ and good grapes, check out the events (margerumwinecompany.com). … Wonder what a 100-point wine tastes like?
