Bill Cirone Recognized by State Association

In recognition of his outreach to the community via both print and broadcast media platforms, county schools Superintendent Bill Cirone received the 2012 Professional Publication Award by the California County Superintendents Educational Services Association. The honor also enters Cirone into the running for a similar national award. According to a release, “The award recognizes those who have made outstanding contributions to public education through their research, writing, and publishing of information that advances an understanding of regional education programs.”
