Scarlett Begonia has rapidly become an S.B. foodie darling, and, in the build-up to much-anticipated regular dinner service (coming soon), Chef Joel Huff has delighted the palates of discerning diners with his series of Snout to Tail dinners. While the concept has built-in appeal for adventurous eaters — and conservationists — the food will appeal to anyone.
