Community Partners In Caring Volunteer Luncheon

Volunteers attend from Santa Maria, Lompoc, and Santa Ynez Valleys. Almost 100 guests will attend the event. We will award the Faith in Action Church of the Year, Business of the Year, 10 year volunteer awards, five year volunteer, and “Above and Beyond” volunteer awards. The pool of 90 volunteers helped 463 seniors 6,249 times last FY (July 1-June30), donating 64,475 miles, and 5,277 hours. Supervisor Steve Lavagnino will be the keynote speaker for the event. CPC located at 111 North Vine Street in Santa Maria, at 111 South “I” Street, Ste. C1 in Lompoc (in Chamber of Commerce), and at 164 W. Hwy 246 in Buellton (in Buellton Senior Center) provides volunteer services to any senior (62+) in need of transportation, friendly visitors, minor home repairs, or yard work.
