Like any true locals’ spot, Arch Rock Fish knows how important it is to keep things in the community, which is why so many of their staff and managers come from Santa Barbara City College’s culinary arts program.

Louie Ramirez, Arch Rock Fish’s Kitchen Manager, graduated from SBCC with a degree in the culinary arts program and understands how valuable a great education is to proving a great career.

Ramirez explains, “As a graduate from the culinary arts program at SBCC, I know firsthand what kind of education the student’s received. Any person that graduates from the culinary program at SBCC has a strong culinary foundation to develop their potential and showcase their passion for food.”

Arch Rock Fish is one of the few Santa Barbara restaurants that truly keeps it local and values community involvement and support.
