UCSB takes its eight-match unbeaten streak into a Big West soccer match tonight (Sat., Nov. 2) against UC Davis at Harder Stadium. The Gauchos, ranked in the top 16 on every national poll, have already clinched first place in the North Division. Because of the Halloween weekend, fans will pass through checkpoints on their way to the game.

The Gaucho basketball teams will be unveiled in a pair of exhibition games on Sunday afternoon, when the men host Cal State East Bay, and Monday night, when the women take on Vanguard University.

Special Olympics Santa Barbara will host its first Regional Soccer Tournament at La Cumbre Middle School on Sunday. Seven teams from Ventura to San Luis Obispo, including a pair of Santa Barbara entries, will participate.
