The Willows Restaurant Sparkles with Four Diamonds

The Chumash Casino Resort’s fine dining restaurant, The Willows, has once again earned the coveted AAA Four Diamond Award, a designation presented to only the finest restaurants by the Automobile Club of Southern California.

This year marks the ninth consecutive year The Willows has earned AAA Four Diamond status. From the moment a guest walks into the restaurant, it’s easy to see why. The restaurant has an elegant but relaxed feel that’s perfectly suited to its Santa Barbara Wine Country location. The menu specializes in succulent prime steak and the freshest seafood made with the finest ingredients. Its award-winning wine list and signature cocktails are among the best in the region.

The Willows is one of just two restaurants in Santa Barbara County to earn the recognition in 2014 – the other is the Ballard Inn restaurant in Ballard.

“The Willows continues to evolve while maintaining its familiarity with our guests,” said Bill Cheek, director of food and beverage for the Chumash Casino Resort. “We use nothing but the finest cuts of meat, seafood and local produce while continuously making seasonable updates to our menu.”

To become AAA approved and diamond rated, hotels and restaurants undergo a rigorous inspection by one of AAA’s specially trained full time evaluators. The Automobile Club’s staff reviews establishments in Southern California without prior notification to ensure they experience a hotel and restaurant just as a guest would.
