Though it hasn’t been confirmed by the Sheriff’s Office, County Coroner’s personnel were seen removing multiple bodies from the Capri Apartments on the 6500 block of Seville Road in Isla Vista, according to an employee of Sweet Alley Yogurt, which neighbors the apartment complex. According to KEYT, the apartment complex was the home of alleged gunman Elliot Rodger, who killed a total of six people — including the victims in the apartment — and injured seven others before dying himself in Friday night’s shootings.

A call to the Sheriff’s Office wasn’t immediately returned. This is a breaking news story. Check back for updates.

[UPDATE, 5:50 p.m.]

Sheriff Bill Brown confirms that bodies of three males were removed from the Isla Vista apartment of alleged shooter Elliot Rodger, at the 6500 block of Seville Road. Brown said the victims were “repeatedly stabbed” likely prior to Friday evening’s shootings. Brown continued, saying “It was a pretty horrific crime scene.”

The Sheriff’s Office is still processing that crime scene, Brown said, and is still in the process of identifying the victims.
