Fatal Ventura Accident Stalls Highway Traffic

A fatal accident occurred this morning at 3:49 a.m. in Ventura near the State Beaches exit, according to the California Highway Patrol. The accident, involving one vehicle rollover, prompted the closure of two of the northbound lanes, the CHP said. The lanes reopened at 11 a.m.. No further information was immediately available.
