Trolls’ Rights?

Comments from readers have long been a part of free speech free press offering opportunity to present opposing views and add to the public discourse. In Kenya they are called Poems to the Editor and often include topics of genocide and female genital mutilation in proper English using the gentlest of words. Very civilized.

So, do trolls have the right to free speech?
