Two bicyclists on a mission to make Santa Barbara a leader among cities where cycling is a populist pursuit, have opened WheelHouse, a new bike shop at Anacapa and Cota streets. Evan Minogue and Eric Wright emphasize practical and load-carrying bikes, such as one might ride to the Farmers Market. On the day they opened, 5/9, the shop offered free valet bike parking service at the Saturday market.
