Depositions Made Public in Church Lawsuit

The deposition transcripts of 17 witnesses in the sexual misconduct lawsuit against Our Lady of Guadalupe’s Father Matthew Kelly and the Los Angeles Archdiocese will be made publicly available as part of the terms of the legal settlement made this year. Seven people have claimed Kelly sexually molested them during the 30 years he presided over the Eastside parish. These transcripts can be accessed online at nps-law.com.
