The defending national champion UCSB men’s soccer team received a first-round bye in the 2007 NCAA tournament and will host the winner of the first-round matchup between Portland and Washington. The Gauchos, awarded a 12th seed, went undefeated in their last seven games to finish 12-3-4 on the season. Regardless of the opponent, the game will be November 28 at Harder Stadium.
