Murder Suspect Arrested in Camarillo
Steve Cisneros Was Wanted for Stabbing Lawrence Kaiser in Neck on Thursday Morning
At about 11 p.m. last night, Santa Barbara police detectives arrested Steve Cisneros, 34, for the Thursday morning murder of Lawrence Glenn Kaiser, 45, who was stabbed in the neck outside a sober living home on West Haley Street. Cisneros fled the murder scene on a mountain bike, and detectives learned that he was in Camarillo. With the help of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department, Cisneros was apprehended in a public park. He has been booked into Santa Barbara County Jail with no bail.
