Ed Giron’s Spoon River Anthology returns to Santa Barbara this Thursday, December 18, at 8 p.m. with the last of three encore engagements at Center Stage Theater (751 Paseo Nuevo). The play, adapted from Edgar lee Masters’s book of the same name, recounts the humorous, tragic, and ill-fated lives (and deaths) of those buried in the fictional town of Spoon River.
