The victim of Joseph Walker — who pleaded guilty to criminal charges and is facing five years in state prison — and Dr. Andrew Bourne — who committed suicide after being charged with similar crimes — has filed a civil lawsuit against Bourne’s estate and Walker, alleging sexual battery, infliction of emotional distress, seduction of a minor, and conspiracy related to a two-year illicit relationship the underage teen had with the two men. The lawsuit alleges the two men “held themselves out to be pillars in the community, when in fact, they were both sexual predators.”
