Slated to open this month, Juice Ranch will be Santa Barbara’s first organic cold-pressed juice shop — locally owned, locally sourced, and 100-percent organic. Avid juicers, owners Scott Walker and Erin Gomez were eager to heal the local community from the inside out.

“A big vision for our tiny shop is to educate our community about juice, food, health, and the environment,” said Gomez. “Our goal is to set the bar high by providing only top-quality organic produce — our juice tastes as good as it is healthy!

“We are so incredibly lucky to live in a beautiful environment that allows a bounty of our food source to grow in our own backyard,” Gomez continued. “Just about everything on our menu will be from local farmers.”

Featured farms will include Tutti Frutti Farms, Shepherd Farms, John Givens Farm, Good Land Organics, Earthtrine Farm, Somers Ranches, and Ellwood Canyon Farms (to name a few!). Working alongside farmers, Juice Ranch will offer a menu that changes seasonally, just as nature intended.

Once the store is up and running, Juice Ranch will be working with nutritionists to create personalized alternative therapies, nurturing the community through fresh produce — one juice at a time.
