Surveillance Photo Puts Man in Downtown Library Mid-November
Santa Barbara police need help identifying the person depicted in the accompanying surveillance photo. According to SBPD spokesperson Sgt. Riley Harwood, “He is a person of interest in an ongoing criminal investigation and needs to be interviewed. Due to the nature of this case, additional details are being withheld.” The photo was taken at the Santa Barbara Public Library at 40 East Anapamu Street in mid-November. “The subject is described as being in his 30’s and possibly of Middle Eastern descent, perhaps Iraqi,” Harwood said.
