Venoco to Test Siren
A loud test siren will blare from Venoco’s Ellwood Onshore Facility in Goleta on Wednesday, July 16, as part of a yearly drill put on by County Fire and the county’s Office of Emergency Management. The exercise will start at 9:30 a.m. and last for approximately one minute to ensure that the system works and can be heard from far away.
